Guided Tasting and educational walk through the vineyardsDuration: 1h30 - Price: €15 Located 45 km from Tours, Château Minière invites you to immerse yourself in the heart of the estate during an exclusive tour that combines nature, heritage and a passion for wine. You will discover a Bourgueil vineyard committed to environmentally friendly viticulture, cultivated organically and biodynamically. During the tour, you will learn all the secrets of the Loire's iconic grape varieties: Chenin, the king of Loire white wines, and Cabernet Franc, a noble red grape variety. We will reveal their history, their characteristics and their unique expression in our terroirs. The tour will continue with a guided tasting of wines from two estates: Château de Minière and Château de Suronde. You will taste a variety of wines: The great Chenins, Wines from century-old vines, Crémant de Loire, Not to mention the iconic red sparkling wine, the estate's unique signature. Follow our guide through 3 kilometres of troglodytic galleries where 6 million bottles are kept. He'll reveal the secrets of how our still and sparkling Vouvray wines are made. Troglodyte cellar tour and old vintagesDuration: 1h30 - Price: €16 Step into this unique place and discover wines steeped in history and terroir. The troglodyte cellar of Domaine de la Chopinière du Roy, located in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, is home to unique vintages, carefully preserved in an authentic setting. After exploring the cellar and tasting some old vintages, you’ll have the chance to sample the estate’s current cuvées, offering a great opportunity to compare aged wines with more recent ones.
