In a warm and elegant atmosphere, we invite you to discover a carefully chosen selection of bubbles from the Loire and beyond, organically grown and naturally vinified. Come and taste, and get inspired for your Christmas table or other end-of-year celebrations with friends and family. On the programme: Sparkling wines: taste a variety of artisan cuvées from demanding estates committed to living wines. Each bottle reflects the expertise of the winemakers, with delicate bubbles and irresistible freshness; Cheese pairings: to accompany these sparkling wines, we offer a range of festive cheeses, such as a Chinon goat's cheese with figs, honey and walnuts, a Brie de Meaux AOP stuffed with roasted cranberries, five-berry pepper and roasted almonds, and a Brillat-Savarin stuffed with chestnuts and hazelnuts. All have been meticulously selected to bring out the best of the wines' aromas and offer a balanced combination of flavours; To finish on a sweet note, savour a Tours nougat from the VANDEPUY bakery.

This complete wine experience at the heart of our family winery will allow you to discover the whole wine-making process, from grape to wine.

Over the course of 2h30, you'll visit a number of unusual and emblematic tasting venues: Halles de Tours, bakeries, restaurants, wine cellars, etc., to discover the flagship products of Tours gastronomy! Tours are available in French and English.
From vine to wineDuration : 3h00 - Price : 40 € Immerse yourself for a few hours in a working family winery. It's a complete tour, from the grapes and vines to the glass of wine, that Myriam offers on this guided tour.
