From vine to wine in englishDuration: 3h - Price: €40 Myriam offers you a comprehensive tour with this guided visit: from grapes and vines to a glass of wine, immersing you for a few hours in a working family wine estate. A guided walk through the vineyard, followed by a visit to the winery (vats and presses) and the troglodyte cellar.
Themed tasting evening: Scandinavian cuisineDuration: 1½ to 2 hours - Price: €25 Discover the secrets of food and wine pairings with Scandinavian cuisine! Five specially created appetisers inspired by traditional dishes from the Nordic region - Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Iceland - will be paired with five wines from the Loire Valley. The chef will reveal the secrets of their preparation, and we’ll be on hand to teach you more about the pairings.
Guided walk through the vineyardsDuration: 1h30 - Price: €12 Join us for a walk through the vineyards, lasting about 45 minutes, to discover the daily work of a winemaker. You’ll learn how we cultivate our vines and care for the soil in the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellation. At the end of the tour, you’ll enjoy a tasting of our Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, Bourgueil, and Loire Valley wines, all typical of the Loire Valley region: Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil 100% Cabernet Franc Bourgueil 100% Cabernet Franc Dry, aromatic Chenin Blanc Rosé dry and fruity Crémant de Loire White and Rosé An opportunity to discover our selection of wines, which regularly win awards in specialist guides and competitions (Guide Hachette, Vignerons indépendants, Concours des Ligiers).
Dégustation de vin commentée avec visite du chai et caveDuration: 1h00 - Price: €8 Visit our vineyard in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil for an immersive tour of our winery and cellar, discovering our winemaking expertise. Throughout the tour, trace the history of the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellation, following in the footsteps of our ancestor Adrien Ory, the appellation's founder. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of our wines, a reflection of our terroir and family heritage: Red wine from Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil Red wine from Bourgueil Dry and aromatic white wine from the IGP Val de Loire Dry and fruity Bourgueil rosé wine Crémant de Loire White and Rosé
